TOP 500 FVG: RAMO SRL AMONG THE BEST COMPANIES IN THE TERRITORY

PwC Italia, in collaboration with Nord Est Multimedia, organized the Top 500 Udine event, an annual event that provides a snapshot of the economic and social fabric of local businesses, with a prospective vision of economic trends and upcoming challenges. Every year this event offers an exhaustive insight into the state of health of the economy of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where alongside the numbers, the protagonists are the companies.

The Ramo srl, already present last year among the 500 companies that stand out for turnover, was able to gain a prestigious position, thanks to the excellent company results and attended the event with its management.

The meeting held on 14 November at the Snaidero in Majano, open to the public upon registration, was preceded by the possibility of visiting the Snaidero showroom and showcased the best companies in the area, presenting the results of the analyzes carried out on the balance sheet of the Top 500. The picture that emerged from the research is that of a healthy regional economy, with a progression in turnover and profitability of companies that keeps pace with the consequences of the ongoing geopolitical crises. Crises that were the backdrop to the stories of members and managers guests of the event, also dedicated to the theme "Reacting to the great chaos" with a particular attention to extraordinary operations as possible development levers.

“Research, design and beauty” and “bringing Italian know-how” around the world, that is to say extraordinary operations, to face the great chaos of the markets in this moment of great changes at a global level: this was the common thread of the stage of Majano.

During the meeting, the regional councilor for Productive Activities, Sergio Bini, underlined the importance of economic recovery and exports, as well as illustrating the new strategic plan "Agenda FVG Manifattura 2030" with which the region supports local companies; the councilor illustrated the main markets of Friuli-Venezia Giulia companies and the major buyers of local products, among which the European countries stand out - Germany, France and the United Kingdom - and the United States, which represents 12.6% of the total of exports. Among the fastest growing sectors, metallurgy has shown signs of recovery, finding new outlets in Eastern Europe, offsetting the difficulties of the German market.

We must therefore encourage the internationalization of companies so that the future of exports is concentrated towards markets with a high growth rate such as North America and the Far East. As for future prospects and challenges, Friuli-Venezia Giulia is called to expand its exports towards emerging markets, facing the challenges of globalization with an innovative and future-oriented approach; thanks to the support of the Region and the “Agenda FVG Manifattura 2030” plan, local companies are preparing to make the most of the opportunities in the global markets.

From the meeting, the Ramo srl Management was able to grasp the regional guidelines and outline future business actions with particular attention to exports and new markets to explore.
