Great party in the company for the inauguration of the new offices that it took place very recently, with the transfer of all the managers at the plant now used as the headquarters of the Ramo srl.
Next to the two old establishments, a further area was acquired, where a new 2.000 m² warehouse and an area of 400 m² of executive offices were set up. This is a covered area, inserted in a context of 4.000 m² of open space, dedicated to the greenery and to the conveyors' handling. To this uncovered space are added the already existing 10.000 m² available to the company where is located the production area consisting of two establishments, one of 3.000 m² and the other of 2.000 m².
At the inauguration of the offices there was the parish priest, Don Luigi, who brought the blessing on all the buildings of the company, including the new spaces, showing pride in seeing a local company proliferate, in which many people of the country and of the neighboring areas find work.
In the presence of relatives, friends, workers, collaborators and some authorities, the Ramo srl has toasted to the new goal: a modern and bright space, characterized by wood and extensive glass windows that make it comfortable for employees. A "coffee break" area has been allocated, where employees can also stop for lunch, taking advantage of the canteen service made available by the company and managed by a local restaurant. There is also a large meeting room with a screen the company can use to receive clients or give space to internal meetings.
Among the innovations recently implemented, following the needs of the workers, there is also a change in working hours that expect the presence of the employees until 17.00, reducing the lunch break and giving more evening free time at the workers.
The refreshment with catering that managed the snack was accompanied by wines from a local winery.
