DECLARATION FOR QUALITY POLICY
The Ramo srl it is proposed to achieve the full satisfaction of its customers and as far as possible of the other interested parties, including through the obtainment of their full trust, and to maintain a reputation in terms of Quality of its products and services, reaching the quality standards defined.
The achievement of these objectives is achieved through the application of a Quality Management System compliant with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015.
In particular it is proposes to:
• comply with the laws in force and the contractual regulations;
• obtain the quality level agreed with the customer at the lowest possible cost;
• prevent the non-compliance and the customer complaints;
• making all employees responsible in the quality of their work;
• strive for continuous improvement of Quality through the measurement of the degree of
satisfaction of our customers;
• measure the degree of application and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
through Interior Audits;
• analyze and manage the context, potential risks and opportunities;
• define and verify periodically the objectives for the Quality.
The company policy foresees that the Quality Management System of the Company is documented through a Quality Manual, Procedures, Instructions, etc.
The documentation of the Quality Management System will always be kept up to date during the Management reviews.
The staff, at all levels, collaborates for the application of this Policy.
The Management establishes that the RSGQ Function has the responsibility and authority for:
1. ensure that the Quality Management System is established, implemented and
maintained in accordance with the reference standard;
2. ensure that the processes produce the expected results;
3. ensure the promotion of customer focus;
4. ensure the integrity of the management system in case of changes;
5. to provide the Management with data on the performance of the Quality Management
System for its evaluation and improvement.
